So, Kelly Osbourne turned 21, and we unfortunately found pictures of her, and since we are media whores here they are. I could go on and on about how Kelly Osbourne is nothing more than a spoiled brat who tries her best to stand out in order to receive attention, but it must be hard getting any attention when your entire family is famous for being drug addicts.
