April Scott, you know the new Daisy Duke, in the September 2006 issue of UK Maxim Magazine. I never understood why they replaced Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke in the first place, but they couldn’t have found a hotter chick that April Scott.

For some reason
Jessica Simpson will be replaced by
April Scott in the sequel to Dukes of Hazzard. To date April Scott is known for being a Maxim Magazine model, and this will be her major film debut. From what I’ve heard this sequel will not even make it to theatres and be released straight to DVD so maybe that’s why Jessica Simpson backed out. Who knows. All I know is that Jessica Simpson is the hottest Daisy Duke, ever, and April Scott has some big boots to fill.

April's acting credits only have her listed as "Runway Model" on a show called Soaptalk , and she played a role as "Bikini girl" in an episode of Entourage. So is it fair to assume that she was put on the small-screen to be a nice piece of eye-candy? Judging from the pure hotness she exudes in a bikini, I'd think that was a pretty safe bet.
